LOOP Fly Rods & Reels have a warranty programme for the life of the rod or reel for the original owner. You can take your rod or reel to your LOOP stockist or contact us directly using the details below. If contacting LOOP directly please email us first as we may be able to solve your problem without you sending us your gear. Proof of purchase may be required. If for some reason we cannot repair the item we will work with you to get it solved.

One year unconditional, no questions asked warranty. If a LOOP line, bag or clothing item fails due to workmanship or material defect during the first year, please return it to us for repair or replacement. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.
